  • How do I change my Proper Club subscription?

    Log in, click "Subscriptions," select active subscription to manage.

  • Can I add more products to an upcoming shipment?

    Yes, you can choose additional subscriptions for syrups. Just purchase new subscriptions, and manage them all under the same account by using the same email address to manage your subscriptions.

  • Can I swap out products in my next shipment?

    You can cancel a subscription, and re-open a new product subscription to change your flavor preference or frequency of delivery.

  • How do I skip a shipment?

    Log in, select the product, and click “Cancel Subscription.” When you’re ready to open your subscription back up again, just check out with a new subscription.

  • How do I reset my password for my subscription portal?

    Access the login page, click "Forgot Password," and follow the prompts.

Refund Policy: Customers may request a refund within 30 days of purchase. To initiate a refund, please contact our customer service team at hello@propersyrup.com.

Delivery Policy: All goods are shipped via USPS or FedEx. Expected delivery time is 5-10 business days, though delays may occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances.

Return Policy: If you're unsatisfied with your purchase, you may request to return the item. Proper Syrup will review each return request on a case-by-case basis. We strive to take all reasonable actions to support our customers and resolve complaints satisfactorily.

Cancellation Policy:

  • Order Cancellations: Customers may cancel their orders within 24 hours of placing them.

  • Subscription Cancellations: Customers can cancel their subscriptions at any time.

  • Company Cancellations: Proper Syrup reserves the right to cancel or delay orders due to stock limitations or unforeseen events. We will promptly notify affected customers in such cases.
